We offer wellbeing workshops for schools because they are a simple and effective way to help your students understand positive wellbeing skill sets, without necessarily having staff that are experts in this area. Our incursion type workshops take far less administration and approvals than our multi- day or single day excursion programs, and come in on a much tighter budget too!
We know that student wellbeing is declining every single year, with 35% of students surveyed in 2016 (headspace) reporting that they have considered self harm or suicide in the last 12 months… 35%! It’s an alarming statistic that we are dedicated to helping solve, so that we your students can learn the right wellbeing skillsets and as a school you can rise up to meet the increasing expectations of students’ parents.
Using Nature in our Wellbeing Workshops for Schools
The reason we use nature in out wellbeing workshops for schools, is because we know it works. There is an incredible amount of research that proves the benefits of nature on adolescent wellbeing – and in fact our Government has spent millions of dollars promoting the 5 Ways to Wellbeing in Nature campaign because they know it works too. In addition to supporting the I5 Ways to Wellbeing in Nature campaign, our workshops are designed around PERMA+ principles.
Nature can be incorporated into your wellbeing workshops for your school or wellbeing incursion reasonably simply. We don’t need to travel away from school grounds – enquire with us today and get the full details of our wellbeing workshops and incursions for schools.

Our 9 year old son was a first time camper and was very apprehensive at the start but camp staff were amazing and when we picked him up he couldn't stop talking about how good camp was and that he wants to go to all Access Adventure Camps. Communication between us and camp staff was excellent and they really took the time to discuss our son's needs prior to camp. Highly recommend Access Adventure Club and our son will definitely be going on camp again!Posted on Google![]()

Access Adventures has provided a very safe, enjoyable and well supported adventure for both my child and young adult participants! Both thoroughly enjoyed their experience and still speak with fondness of the friends and memories they made and skills they learnt. As the parent, I felt completely relaxed and content that my children were in an environment where they had the opportunity to flourish. Both have now been re-registered for future Access Adventure experiences and look forward to seeing their favourite supports, friends and camp leaders again soon!Posted on Google![]()
