Students Explore Australia offers week-long wellbeing programs for middle and high school students. Centered around the four components of the Australian Curriculum’s Personal and Social Capabilities, our programs hone students on their:

  • Self Awareness
  • Social Management
  • Social Awareness
  • Self Management

These components develop students to learn to understand themselves and others better, and to manage their relationships, lives, work and learning more effectively. It is our goal to make studying not just about gaining intelligence in school, but also to help students to be well-developed in their social and emotional skills such as resilience, having a positive feel about themselves and the world around them, engaging well in a team, and in resolving conflicts. With these, we can have better citizens that will not just impact their personal lives, but also the bigger society as a whole. What makes our wellbeing programs more fun is that we infuse it with nature’s power in giving them a greater sense of calm, reduce stress, increase their focus on their study and general wellbeing, while helping them learn more about their physical skills too through our activities such as kayaking, rock climbing, putting up tents, surfing and so much more!

Why Do You Need A Week Wellbeing Program

Although wellbeing programs are proven to be beneficial for students, we understand that not all schools have the resources or time to commit to a wellbeing program for their students. However, we still feel it’s greatly important that students get inspired and understand the theories that will better equip them for life. With our offering for a weeklong wellbeing program, students will be able to jumpstart their way for better holistic wellbeing.

Week programs are for you if your group:

  • Has an allotted budget or allotted time
  • Needs easy tools that lead to significant improvements
  • Has teachers that can continue instilling the theories learned after our weeklong program
  • You prefer to go on a week of overnight experience
